What this page does with what you give it.

What stays on your machine
- Files you add are opened in your browser. The files themselves are never uploaded.
- Text is extracted from them in your browser. Only that extracted text is sent, and only when you ask for the full read.
- The eighteen questions are scored in your browser. A copy of your answers is kept in your browser so you can return to them.
What Synchrity stores

What is never stored
- The files themselves.
- The text extracted from them. It is sent over an encrypted connection to Anthropic's Claude API to be read, and it is never written to Synchrity's database.
Who else processes it
- Anthropic, PBC reads the extracted text to produce the report, under its commercial terms. Under those terms Anthropic does not train its models on API inputs by default.
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this page and its database.
Nothing is sold, and there are no advertising or third-party tracking scripts on this page.
The research baseline
If you tick the research box, your result may be included in Synchrity Research's aggregate baseline of data-room readiness. Only anonymized, aggregate findings are ever published. Your firm is never named, and you can withdraw at any time.
Your private report link
Each full read has an unguessable link. Anyone who has the link can open the report, so share it as you would the documents it describes. Ask us and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can use the eighteen questions without giving any contact details. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write to jeff@synchrity.ai from the address you used, and we will act on it within thirty days.
